Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents using document management systems - Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette - Organize and maintain files, contracts, and other legal documents - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing - Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role - Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and document preparation - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in data entry and typing speed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
