As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and efficient service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and explaining daily specials - Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar - Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience - Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation - Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or issues - Handle cash and card transactions, process payments accurately - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service station - Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, as well as other opening and closing duties - Uphold restaurant policies and hygiene standards - Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance guest experience - Work as a team player to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Must be at least 16 years and older
