Utility Worker (General Warehouse laborer) BRT ExtrusionsSign on bonus - paid out over 4 months:
o$250 after 1st montho$250 after 2nd montho$500 after 3rd montho$1,000 after 4th monthThis is a potential total of $2k bonus.
Employees must have perfect attendance to receive the bonus.
Overview:
BRT Extrusions, located in Niles, OH, is interviewing for general labor - utility workers to join our expanding Packing/Extrusions department.
BRT is a growing aluminum extrusions company, and as we grow, our employees will grow as well.
We offer, competitive hourly wages, medical, dental and vision insurance at 90 days, participation in our 401K (with Company match) program and paid vacation and paid holidays upon eligibility.
We will offer firsthand training and wage increases for cross training completion.

Must come to work as scheduled and on time - if you can commit to this, please apply and receive the SIGN ON BONUS?Retrieve racks from holding area.
Push rack to workstationPlace work horses up on tableCut wood/cardboard down as neededPack the metal with the appropriate material to specificationsOperate industrial vehicles and equipment.
Move product and/or materials manually as required.
Comply with Company policies including, but not limited, to all safety policies.
May be asked to work as a Utility Worker in other departments as needed.
Must be flexible.
Requirements for The General Utility Worker:
Must maintain good attendance and commit to your schedule.
1 Year manufacturing experience with good attendance is a plus.
1 Year fast food experience a plus with good attendance is a plus.
Must be 18 years of age to work in the plant.
Must be able to work varying shifts as needed.
Must have ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Must be willing to move to different departments as needed.
Physical requirements:
This position requires the individual to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.
The temperatures can fluctuate from hot to cold and the noise level is high.
An individual in this role will be able to walk, bend, stoop, twist, turn, climb, and push/pull frequently.
With proper safety equipment, an individual in this role may work above ground level (off the ground) occasionally.
An individual in this role will need to be aware of movement and/or noises around them at all times.
An individual in this role must move 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally.
An individual in this role will remain stationary and/or move about the factory as needed per essential duties of the position.
An individual in this role will be an effective communicator verbally and in writing, and this role requires individuals to read and follow written procedures.
