Cadence Care Network has immediate openings for Behavior Support Providers.
Behavior Support Providers will provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents and their families in the home, school, and/or community setting.
This provider will be responsible for developing and implementing a service plan to address symptoms, behaviors, emotions and assist in eliminating barriers in personal, educational, and occupational environments.
This provider will also coordinate and conduct activities that increase a client's capacity to positively impact their environment.
A partial telehealth schedule is possible.
Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field.
