Perform secretarial and other related duties for the Outpatient Program Director, to assure efficient operation of the Niles Outpatient Center.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHigh school graduate with business, typing, computer and word processing skills.
Must possess excellent communication, organization skills and telephone etiquette.
Special aptitudes/Activities:
Effective office skills, verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, accurate typing and data entry skills.
Required Length and Type of ExperienceA minimum of two years experience preferably in the health care field.
Required Licensure or CertificationCertified chemical dependency counselor or in process preferred.
Required Physical and Environmental DemandsWorking conditions:
Normal office environment.
