Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team.
The Construction Assistant will provide administrative support to the construction team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.

Duties:
- Ensuring all employees qualifications are up to date and active.
- Submitting and tracking OUPS tickets for various projects.
- Preparing, scheduling, completing necessary paperwork for various projects.
- Scheduling and attending on site visits with property owner to ensure site readiness.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction and restoration, primarily natural gas work a plus.
