Supports the creation of a Customer First culture in by taking ownership and control of the day to day administrative duties of the store and to achieve and maintain the highest level of efficiency, safety and security.
Responsibilities Performs daily administrative and clerical duties in relation to traffic queuing, appointment coordination, and customer service that supports the overall success of the store.
Inputs customer contact information into Clienteling from daily appointment tracker and walk in traffic lists for future outreach Assists with in-store fulfillment initiatives and outbound shipments (BOPIS, Ship from Store, Web orders, repairs, special orders, etc.
) utilizing carriers as directed.
Adheres to all established health & safety, security and loss prevention policies and procedures.
Assists with general office duties as required.
Assist with the cleaning protocols in between customer and jewelry consultant interaction.
Answer the store telephone as needed.
Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.
Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
Shifts may change based on peak days, times and traffic patterns.
Position Qualifications Customer Service Experience preferred Attention to detail, basic computer skills.
